DOMESTIC SHIPPING (within India):

• Standard Shipping - ₹200 | Delivery in 7-10 working days.

• Express Shipping - Currently unavailable.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable after dispatch.

• Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

• Priority requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Our team is not liable for courier-related delays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

• The products will be delivered within 1-3 weeks, depending on location.

• Shipping costs depend on order size and destination.

• Customs clearance may vary and is beyond our control.

• No returns or exchanges for international orders.

• In the event of a damaged or incorrect shipment, we will issue store credit (replacement shipping unavailable internationally).

• Customers will receive automated email updates on order status.

• Customs duties, taxes, or charges may apply upon arrival. Please contact your local customs office to confirm potential charges.

• SFSG is not responsible for payment of customs duties or taxes if a customer refuses delivery.

GENERAL POLICIES:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and processed.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• If your parcel is marked "delivered" but not received, notify us within 24 hours. After this period, we're unable to resolve this with our courier partners.

• Returns are eligible for store credit only; we do not provide bank refunds.

• SFSG reserves the right to decline returns that do not comply with our policies.

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns/exchanges.

• If you've received a damaged product, contact us immediately via email with clear photos of the defect, outer courier packaging, and original product packaging.
